Shri J. Bhawarlal Bohara laid the foundation of the company with a vision to manufacture durable, high-grade stainless steel kitchen utensils. In 1979, Pradeep Industries was established as a sole proprietorship firm. His elder son, Mr. Vijayraj Bohara, spearheaded technological innovations that scaled manufacturing capability from a modest 4,000 sq. ft. workshop into a massive 3-acre modern corporate unit.
In 1988, Pradeep Industries fulfilled its first international export order destined for Canada. To capitalize on global trade avenues, Mr. Rakesh Bohara relocated to Dubai in 1997 and established Bohara Trading Co. LLC. This hub strengthened distribution networks across the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia regions.
